Legacy Championship Racing Season IV is a league racing series, competed online through the F1 2017 video game by Codemasters, on the Xbox One console. It began on April 25th, 2018, and will end on August 12th. Drivers are set to compete in teams through sixteen Grands Prix set in five continents - starting in Australia and concluding in Abu Dhabi.
This is the first LCR season to feature two distinct divisions, the LCR World Division, considered the top tier where drivers continue to compete for the LCR World Championship, and the newly created LCR Pro Division, for the inaugural LCR Pro Championship. Both divisions also feature their own Team Championship.

Calendar Changes Edit
Season IV runs a slightly modified version of the Season III calendar. Signees were asked to name a circuit from the Season III calendar to remove, and one of the four circuits omitted from the previous season (Russia, Monaco, Singapore or Malaysia) to replace it. When initial signups closed on March 5th, it was voted upon that Russia should replace Azerbaijan on the calendar, marking Russia's return to LCR since the Season 1 race held back in September 2016.
